Shatkarma
Shatkarma or purification of one’s own body is a powerful cleansing process mandated for the aspirants of Hatha Yoga. It introduces six processes of which two are put into practice during the course.

For Beginners
Suryanamaskar
A complete energising sadhana in itself, where twelve asanas sequentially and gracefully merge with one another, stretching every muscle, flexing every joint, vitalising every cell in the body, leaving one agile and strong.

Preferrably after Shatkarma course
Yoga Asana
Mind and body are inseparable. Deliberately placing the body in 84 unique postures accelerates the mind towards balance. Asana siddhi or mastery over asanas bringing about equanimity of mind is possible through relentless practice to still the body and slow down the breathing to imperceptibly.
5 Day Program/ Month long on weekends only
Preferrably post Shatkarma & Suryanamaskar courses
Pranayama
Prana, the very substrate that sustains life, is expended on a continuous basis. Pranayama is a powerful process of building one’s own stockpile of energy. Nature which has Prana in abundance, simply pours it into us when we learn to systematically master the breath.

Preferrably post Shatkarma, Suryanamaskar & Asana courses
Dhyana
An incessant flow of attention on the object of focus, liberates mind from even the most subtle distractions, paving the way to master one’s mind and to realize human potential to the fullest leading to the state of samatvam or yoga-sthithi.
